Job summary

CHOPT is hiring for Sr. Assistant Manager in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role supports the restaurant and General Manager by fostering a positive, inclusive work environment and delivering exceptional hospitality.

You will train hourly staff, help develop trainers, and ensure food safety and staff safety procedures are consistently followed. The position requires prior restaurant management experience, ServSafe and state certifications, strong communication, and comfort with using a computer or

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and any required city/state food safety certifications.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees and accurately exchange information.
• Skill in using a computer and/or tablet.
• Manual dexterity to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
• Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds.

Base compensation: $20.00-$23.50 per hour

Hours per week: 45 (OT may be scheduled or worked based on business needs)
