Culver's in Michigan is seeking a Restaurant Readiness Specialist to keep our dining room and kitchen in top condition, enabling a premier guest experience.

You will coordinate opening tasks with the team, perform maintenance on equipment, stock and clean areas, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates job duties around opening team members to prepare for opening.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on restaurant equipment as per the calendar.
• Provide superior maintenance to interior and exterior of the restaurant.
• Maintain appearance of building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Stock rotation and food order handling in coolers and storage areas.
• Monitor shelf life and code dates.
• Know how restaurant equipment operates and perform scheduled maintenance.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinates job duties around other opening team members to help ensure efficient preparation for opening.
• Completes scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly, according to the equipment maintenance calendar.
• Provide superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant
• Maintain the appearance of the building and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal
• Put food order away, rotate stock in cooler, freezer, and dry storage area
• Monitor shelf life and code dates
• Maintain a working knowledge of the operation of restaurant equipment
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment
