Job Summary: As an Abbey Resort associate, you will be part of an incredible team at a full-service resort on the shores of Geneva Lake. We seek individuals committed to exceeding guest expectations by creating lasting memories, maintaining a positive attitude, and providing outstanding service.

Basic Function: The Busser is responsible for clearing and setting tables promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/equivalent preferred or current enrollment in high school with the ability to work.
• Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
• Command of the English language.

Essential Functions:

• Clear and reset tables with proper linens, china, silverware, and glassware.
• Provide water and drinks to guests throughout the meal.
• Complete opening and closing sidework.
• Assist quickly and attentively with any mishaps in the restaurant.
• Maintain a neat and clean work area.
• Familiarize with all property amenities and other restaurants.

Marginal Functions:

• Interact effectively with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
• Work hours may vary based on business needs, including holidays, weekends, and overtime.
• Assist in other restaurant areas as required.

Environment: Indoors, dimly lit, climate-controlled, with hard kitchen floors and occasional slippery greasy areas.
