Responsibilities

• Coach the team and create a fun, inviting work environment where staff feel respected.
• Identify 5-Star talent and place the right people in the right roles through effective scheduling.
• Manage daily restaurant operations in collaboration with the GM/DM.
• Ensure execution of company policies, procedures and systems while complying with laws.
• Train and develop crew and new managers, and monitor service quality and efficiency.
• Monitor labor, food costs, and inventory; strive for 80% Q.S.C. level or better.
• Direct safety, cleanliness, and maintenance, and administer administrative duties.
