• Experience supervising restaurant activities during non-peak hours.
• Ability to follow shift plans and ensure tasks are completed.
• Assist management and train/cross-train team members as directed.
• Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to safety policies.
• Ensure compliance with Brand and PTC processes and dress code.

• Maintains Brand and PTC restaurant operational standards.
• Executes shift plan.

• Monitors register procedures and cash handling.
• Maintains safe working conditions.
• Ensures dress code compliance.
• Follows maintenance processes and methods.
• Advises GM on performance/discipline issues.
• Ensures acceptable execution of upselling and product quality.
