Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach teams toward continuous improvement while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail, hospitality, food service, or operations environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and customers.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant operational software.
• Ability to analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive engagement and productivity.
• Manage daily operational activities, including scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation.
• Monitor staff performance against established metrics and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and service standards.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations and staff management.
