Job summary

First Watch in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor to lead daily operations and uphold high standards. You will supervise staff, ensure food safety, and help achieve sales goals, while coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience or leadership role in a team setting.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understands recipes must be followed and food quality maintained

• Addresses repair and maintenance issues promptly
• Is certified in food safety and coaches safe food handling
• Recruits and interviews candidates to join the team

• Stops inappropriate behavior and investigates as needed
• Trains and develops team members daily
• Recognizes exceptional performance and contributions
• Accounts for revenues and deposits

• Responds with a sense of urgency to both customer and employee concerns
• Communicates and takes immediate ownership of repair and maintenance issues
• Is certified in food safety - and identifies and coaches in all areas of safe food handling
• Is continuously scouting for and interviewing candidates to join our team

• Understands the key responsibilities of every position in the restaurant
