Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across shifts, building a guest-focused team and ensuring exceptional hospitality.

You will drive revenue, recruit and train hourly staff, manage labor and costs, and stay floor-ready to uphold standards while mentoring leaders and delivering memorable experiences across all venues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Proven ability to drive food & beverage sales and build high-performing teams.
• Experience training and developing hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.
• Floor-first management style with a strong read on guest experience.
• Solid financial acumen including labor, cost control, inventory, and P&L contribution.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready through every high-volume shift.

The Role

As a Restaurant and Operations Manager, you will lead food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across every shift, flex into any role the floor needs, and build a team that delivers great hospitality without being asked twice.

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 annually.
