Job summary

Summerwood Corporation seeks a Restaurant General Manager to provide leadership and direct supervision in managing restaurant operations. The RGM will ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds its annual operating plan through effective customer service and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or GED, possesses supervisory experience in food service, and has proven abilities in driving financial performance.

Compensation includes a salary of $55,000 to $70,000 and benefits such as medical/dental insurance and PTO.
