You will train staff, schedule shifts, manage costs, and maintain safety and sanitation, while developing a high-performing team through the Flynn Applebee's Training Program. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring collaboration and drive.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines, achieving objectives of the unit.
• Cultivates a culture in accordance with Flynn Applebee's core values.
• Manages guest complaints with prompt resolutions and maintains guest contact.
• Effectively schedules employees to meet sales demands and maintains safety programs.
• Promotes cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within the dining area and back of house.
• Develops staff through training, performance feedback, and evaluations.
