Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years in F&B or related field or a two-year degree with 4 years experience.
• Experience in managing restaurant operations and staff.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and financials.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff including restaurants/bars and room service.
• Direct and work with food and beverage management to execute operations and improve guest satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain department budgets and control expenses.
• Lead and coach the F&B team to meet performance and financial goals.
