Job summary

The Kades Corporation in Texas is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations for McDonald’s locations. You will own the operations and guide a team to deliver fast, friendly guest service.

Ideal candidates bring a proven leadership record, P&L awareness, and strong coaching skills. Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, is required to support busy restaurant hours.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant operations
• Proven track record in people leadership and coaching
• P&L accountability and cost control experience
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
• Strong communication and team development skills
• Able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly shifts and drive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee Guest Service, Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru quality.
• Oversee Kitchen operations, food safety, and cost controls.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet goals and guest needs.
• Coach and develop teammates to deliver great guest experiences.
