Job summary
The Kades Corporation, one of the largest McDonald’s franchises in the United States, operates 38 restaurants in Houston and Beaumont, Texas. We are seeking experienced, driven leaders at the assistant salaried manager level who want to grow their careers beyond.
QSR experience is a plus, but not required. The role offers competitive pay, health/vision/dental insurance, bonus programs, vacation time, tuition assistance, employee discounts, and opportunities for advancement within our franchise
Qualifications
- P&L management experience required.
- Food safety knowledge required.
- Staffing and people development skills required.
- Proven track record of running a business.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Lead and develop the team to deliver great guest experiences.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
- Uphold food safety standards and brand standards.
- Drive performance and accountability across restaurant metrics.
