Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Two years restaurant management or supervision experience preferred.
• Must have a driver’s license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works.
• Skills: Cash management; planning and organization; effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality products to customers by building a system of quality with team members, ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards and reflects the customer’s order.
• Actively recruit customer focused team members and maintain adequate staffing levels; orient and train to exceed customer expectations and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage sales goals against budget and prior year; drive local restaurant marketing and build brand loyalty in the community.
• Manage profit goals against budget; control food, labor and other costs; maintain inventory and assets; ensure safety and security standards and oversee maintenance.
