Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure meals meet Papa John’s standards and reflect customers’ orders, addressing concerns promptly.
• Recruit and develop staff, maintain staffing levels, train to exceed customer expectations and conduct reviews.
• Manage sales against budget by delivering quality service and driving local marketing and community presence.
• Control costs (food, labor, and expenses) within budget using company systems; oversee inventory and safety.
