Job summary

Arby's, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Torrington, WY. You will lead lunch, dinner and weekend shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Managers, and help achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining high product quality.

Responsibilities include enforcing Arby’s standards, managing training, ordering supplies, and ensuring clean, fast, friendly service. Management experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1 year of management experience in the restaurant or retail industries.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by providing outstanding product and service.
• Lead lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts as quarterback.
• Provide training to Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Purchase food, beverages and supplies and ensure product quality.
• Perform daily Arby’s systems for a clean, organized restaurant.
• Operate per performance and operating standards in the handbook.
• Complete AMTP in a timely manner.
• Supervise and motivate staff to perform at their best.
• Know equipment and oversee preventative maintenance.
• Maintain high service standards through management by example.
• Use management tools to keep accurate records for planning.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed to build repeat visits.
• Communicate openly about plans, progress and problems.
• Provide leadership with a positive attitude toward Company Objectives.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Restaurant Manager.
• Increase sales and make a profit.
• Maintain flexibility to exceed position parameters.
