Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate our Buffalo restaurant on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth shifts, strong customer service, and reliable team performance.

In this role you will support local marketing efforts, training initiatives, and store operations while upholding Arby’s standards. A candidate with prior restaurant/retail leadership and a passion for guest experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
