Job summary

Flynn Applebee's is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive day-to-day operations, guest satisfaction, and staff performance at our Savannah location. You will lead a team, uphold brand standards, and ensure smooth service across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years management experience, Serve Safe certifications, and a passion for hospitality with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and develop staff through training programs.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines and unit objectives.
• Cultivates a culture aligned with Flynn Applebee's core values.
• Ensures prompt response to guest complaints and staff coaching when needed.
• Schedules employees to meet sales demands while managing labor.
• Maintains inventory levels and ensures sanitation and safety standards.
• Leads restaurant organization, cleanliness and training initiatives.
• Supports the General Manager with daily operations and policy implementation.
