Qualifications

• Successful and stable employment history with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality products to customers by ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards.
• Trains and promotes quality standards to team members using Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
• Recommends performance actions to the General Manager and fosters a team-focused, energetic environment.
• Manages sales goals by delivering prompt, friendly service and increasing check averages through training and sales execution.
• Controls costs and budgets by managing food and labor and using the PROFIT System for administrative tasks.
• Plans and manages inventory levels with computerized systems to meet sales demand and minimize loss.
