Rocket Farm Restaurants’ State of Grace in Houston seeks an accomplished Assistant General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations in tandem with the General Manager. The role includes controlling reservations, seating, and overseeing menu changes to maximize revenue and maintain service standards while anticipating guests’ needs and ensuring satisfaction.

The position requires 5 years of progressive restaurant experience, including two in management, and offers competitive salary

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant experience, with 2+ in management.
• Experience in leading teams and optimizing guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations in tandem with, or in the absence of, the General Manager.
• Control reservations and seating of the restaurant and oversee menu changes to maximize revenue and maintain service standards.
• Foster and encourage an educational environment by training and leading the team to success.
