Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Brew Brothers Restaurant and Bar at Harrah’s and Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe. The role oversees all facets of food and beverage operations, ensures outstanding customer service, and leads a well-trained service team to maximize value and profitability.

The candidate will work under the Food and Beverage Operations Director, manage budgets, hire and train staff, and drive strategies to improve guest satisfaction while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by building relationships with guests and guiding staff to deliver excellent service.
• Manages budgeting and cost control, scheduling, and labor optimization to ensure profitability.
• Coaches and mentors employees to enhance customer service and food quality; oversees hiring, training and performance reviews.
• Oversees all budgetary aspects of the operation and analyzes performance with the Food and Beverage Operations Director.
