Job summary

The GM will lead, train, and coach a high-performing team to drive customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability. The role requires ensuring food safety, executing marketing plans, and maintaining financial accountability, while traveling between company locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years in restaurant operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and transportation for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach restaurant team to meet brand standards and financial targets.
• Oversee food safety, service, and cleanliness with a focus on quality delivery.
• Monitor sales, labor, and controllables to improve margins.
• Develop talent through succession planning and performance management.
