Job summary

Taco Bell - 43387 - Pearland is seeking an Assistant General Manager to assist the Restaurant Manager in profitable operations, cost control, and delivering top-notch customer service.

You will help train staff, manage daily cash handling, ensure health and safety standards, and develop the team to drive sales and profits while maintaining brand standards and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience.
• Understanding of P & L statements.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of order processing systems and basic computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serve Safe certified.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Works at the front counter to ensure quality service and communicates with customers.
• Assist in maintaining sales levels and utilize local store marketing.
• Manage restaurant cash control and daily deposits.
• Ensure safety and health compliance and maintain clean appearance standards.
• Assist in hiring and developing team members; document disciplinary actions.
• Perform management and administrative duties as assigned by GM.
• Conduct travel path checks to ensure ingredients are in place.
• Utilize preventive maintenance to keep equipment in good condition.
• Attend meetings for planning, training, and policy review.
