Panchero's Mexican Grill is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, ensure quality and guest experience, and support daily operations at our North Liberty restaurant. You’ll supervise a small team, handle cash, and drive service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• No educational requirements.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts of 3 to 10 employees
• Monitor Quality, Safety, and Customer Experience
• Customer Service Manager on Duty
• Cash Handling and Reconciliations of cash drawers
• Training of Staff Members for New Hires & Promotions
• Other duties as assigned
