Panchero's Mexican Grill is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, uphold quality and safety, and ensure an exceptional customer experience at our Urbandale location. You will act as the Customer Service Manager on Duty, manage cash handling and staff training, and contribute to a fun, fast-paced work environment.
