Responsibilities include staff training, inventory management, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service management in quick service or casual dining.
• Strong kitchen management and food handling knowledge.
• Supervisory experience with staff training and interviewing.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS for transaction reporting.
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory, and food production processes.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staff supervision.
• Oversee inventory control to minimize waste and manage food costs.
• Use Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales reporting.
• Train staff on food safety, customer service, and procedures.
• Manage shift schedules and improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure health regulations and sanitation standards are met.
• Support catering events and special functions as needed.
