Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza is seeking a dedicated Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. The role requires hands-on leadership across front- and back-of-house, with a focus on hospitality, service excellence, and efficient team coordination.

The Manager will oversee seating, reservations, and service flow, enforce health and safety standards, and ensure accurate cash handling and records. A strong background in casual dining is preferred.
