Qualifications

• Prior management experience (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service background (preferred).
• Valid drivers license (required).
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work well in a team to achieve goals.
• Experience managing P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Numerical accuracy in basic math operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
