Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Thousand Oaks seeks an organized Office Assistant to support restaurant operations. You will handle phone calls, invoicing, reservations, and filing, ensuring smooth daily workflows while upholding our service standards.

This role requires basic Microsoft Office skills, the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, weekend availability, and a proactive, friendly approach in a fast-paced environment. Full-time benefits include health coverage and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answers each phone call in a friendly, upbeat and professional manner.
• Enthusiastically answers any questions regarding the Fogo experience.
• Opens cash register and maintains sufficient funds.
• Assists in processing all invoices through the inventory system and daily bank deposits.
• Coordinates paperwork to be sent to the corporate office.
• Maintains all of the restaurant filing and office/cashier supplies.
• Assists reservation requests for each guest.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

This position has a pay range that starts at $16.90 and goes up to $22.90. Your rate is dependent upon your relevant work experience.
