Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring an Office Assistant to handle front-desk tasks, phone inquiries, and basic administrative duties within the restaurant office. You will support invoice processing, paperwork coordination with the corporate office, and guest reservation support.

The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, prior administrative experience, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work at a brisk pace. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

• Assists in processing invoices through the inventory system and daily bank deposits.
• Coordinates paperwork to be sent to the corporate office.
• Maintains restaurant filing and office/cashier supplies.
• Assists with reservation requests for guests.
• Completes any beginning or closing shift duties.

In this role you will:

• Answers each phone call in a friendly, upbeat and professional manner.
• Enthusiastically answers any questions regarding the Fogo experience.
• Opens cash register and maintains sufficient funds.
• Assists in processing all invoices through the inventory system and daily bank deposits.
• Coordinates paperwork to be sent to the corporate office.
• Maintains all of the restaurant filing and office/cashier supplies.
• Assists reservation requests for each guest.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Requirements:

• Must have experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Must be able to transport objects up to 25 lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

This position has a pay range that starts at $15.00 and goes up to $20.00. Your rate is dependent upon your relevant work experience.
