Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Santa Monica is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily front-office operations. You will answer calls, assist guests with questions, process invoices, and coordinate paperwork to the corporate office.

Experience with Microsoft Office and prior administrative work is preferred. You must be able to stand, lift up to 25 lbs, work weekends and holidays, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Answers each phone call in a friendly, upbeat and professional manner.
• Enthusiastically answers any questions regarding the Fogo experience.
• Opens cash register and maintains sufficient funds.
• Assists in processing all invoices through the inventory system and daily bank deposits.
• Coordinates paperwork to be sent to the corporate office.
• Maintains all of the restaurant filing and office/cashier supplies.
• Assists reservation requests for each guest.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

In this role you will:

Requirements:

Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full-time, hourly Team Members on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

This position has a pay range that starts at $18.47 and goes up to $23.47. Your rate is dependent upon your relevant work experience.
