Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions in Durham, NC, seeks a Senior Vertical Marketing Specialist to own restaurant marketing strategy and execution, translating customer needs and market opportunities into go-to-market plans that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

You will partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to position solutions, create sales enablement content, and lead cross-functional programs across demand generation, digital and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in vertical marketing, field marketing, portfolio marketing, product marketing, or B2B marketing.
• Experience supporting restaurant technology, hospitality technology, SaaS, POS, payments, commerce solutions, or related industries preferred.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market marketing strategies and plans.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing lead for the Restaurants business, aligning marketing initiatives with business growth objectives and customer needs.
• Partner with Product Management to develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for restaurant solutions.
• Develop integrated marketing plans and collaborate with campaign, channel, and demand generation teams to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue.
• Create sales enablement tools and customer-facing content, including presentations, solution messaging, use cases, competitive insights, and marketing collateral.
• Represent Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen market presence.
