Job summary

Good & Proper Wood Fired Bistro, operated by Peachtree Group, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily front and back-of-house operations for a refined dining concept serving the Craig Ranch, McKinney, and North Collin County community as well as hotel guests. You will guide service standards, drive profitability, and ensure seamless coordination with the culinary and hotel leadership teams.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in hospitality leadership, strong budgeting and staff development skills,

Qualifications

• Progressive restaurant or hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service, or ability to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of service standards and guest recovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front of house operations and ensure staffing and preparation for shifts.
• Partner with Executive Chef to coordinate dining room, bar, and kitchen.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop front of house team.
• Oversee reservations, seating, and private dining events.
