The Restaurant Manager oversees the daily operations of the restaurant. They hire and develop talent and provide leadership in community relations, customer service, food preparation, and health compliance.

  1. Manage front-of-house restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and presentation of the dining room and bar areas.
  2. Manage the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food delivery and resolve service issues.
  3. Hire, train, and retain talent to deliver excellent customer service.
  4. Conduct regular inventory checks and order restaurant supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
  5. Ensure profitability by working with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management.
  6. Guide staff on cleaning, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
  7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and training.
