Wegmans in Westwood, MA is seeking candidates for an entry-level leadership training program in the food service area of our store. You will work in a dynamic retail environment, learning company standards, values, and operations while developing as a leader.

The program is designed to be completed within 6 months with a mentor and trainer, with the potential for an interview or placement as a shift leader upon successful completion.

Formación

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting.
• Computer skills.
• Experience leading a team.

Responsabilidades

• Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products.
• Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings.
• Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals.
