Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year restaurant management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Ability to use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching for all restaurant staff.
• Identify and develop leaders, focus on retention and productivity.
• Ensure restaurant compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
