General Responsibilities- Handle food and beverage safely to prevent foodborne illnesses.
- Utilize in-house standards to enhance customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
- Deliver orders and provide table service.
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas.
- Ensure food meets brand standards.
- Fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
- Welcome guests and bid farewell.
- Promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Make exceptions for guests when necessary.
- Hold yourself and coworkers accountable.
- Perform cash and credit sales accurately.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings for safety.
- Inform managers of important information.

Responsibilities Specific to This Role- Introduce and train new team members.

- Monitor labor percentages to optimize service.
- Engage with guests to resolve service issues.
- Ensure accurate time reporting for all employees.
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and ADA guidelines.
- Submit accurate End of Day Deposits.
- Audit bar tips and receipts.
QualificationsMinimum- Able to work 50 hours a week.
- Available for nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to all locations.
- Legal age to serve alcohol.
- Able to stand for 10+ hour shifts.
- Customer service experience.
- Professional appearance.
Desired- Leadership experience.
- Knowledge of Food Safety Laws.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Higher education or certifications.
- Aloha POS system experience.
