The Restaurant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading the food and beverage service staff at the hotel restaurant, and assisting in the leadership of all hotel facilities including Restaurant, F&B Outlets, Banquets, In-Room Dining, and Special Events. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and meeting financial goals.
Minimum 2 years in luxury hotels, restaurant management, or F&B management.
Flexible schedule; must work weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, lift, and squat for extended periods.
