Grand Island Casino Resort will be a destination featuring a 37,000 sqft casino game floor, 4 restaurants, including a rooftop dining experience, a boutique hotel, a salon and spa, gift shop, and more. The resort will connect to the existing grandstand at the horse track, offering views of the state fairgrounds and horse races, becoming an entertainment hub for all elements of Fonner Park.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Restaurant Manager role at Ruthies Steakhouse located in Grand Island, NE. The Restaurant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including customer satisfaction, service, hiring, and communication, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
