We are seeking passionate individuals to become the face of The Adolphus hotel’s iconic Rodeo Bar, which originally opened in 1981 and has served Dallasites and visitors for nearly four decades. The bar is now re-opening with a new menu, vibe, and private back room for gatherings, honoring its original spirit of “Texas grit and authenticity.”

The ideal leader will inspire staff, promote teamwork, and achieve restaurant goals. Responsibilities include managing daily front-of-house operations, staff hiring, development, coaching, and overseeing the operational budget. Additionally, the manager will oversee inventory, drive revenue, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager is highly preferred
