Responsibilities :

• Drive Guest Satisfaction : Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Lead & Train Your Team : Build a strong, cohesive team by effectively communicating policies, standards, and company values. Foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing coaching and development to staff in all front-of-house positions.
• Operational Excellence : Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency within the restaurant. Oversee daily operations to maximize profitability, scheduling staff effectively.
• Quality Control : Conduct regular line checks and ensure all food and beverage items meet Lure Fish House's high standards.
• Profit & Loss Management : Understand and contribute to the restaurant's financial success.
• Technology Savvy : Proficient in Aloha POS system.

Benefits :

• Competitive salary ($25.10 - $28.96 per hour) + Profit sharing program (20-40% target) Earned profit share is paid out every 4 weeks.
