Qualifications
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and vendors.
  • Sound business acumen and financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and profit optimization.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of organization.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in using restaurant management software, point-of-sale systems, and other relevant technology.
