Are you a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

In this dynamic role, you’ll be instrumental in upholding our core values—fostering a culture of teamwork, outstanding service, and memorable guest moments. You’ll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, lead a motivated team, and collaborate closely with both front-of-house and culinary teams to maintain our high standards of excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to uphold the restaurant's high standards.
  • Requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing fast-paced restaurant.
  • Leadership experience.
  • A great attitude and work ethic.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours).
  • Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, high chairs, booster seats).
  • Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
  • Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
  • Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
