Pies & Pints is seeking a Manager to lead a fun, fast-paced team in our restaurant. You’ll hire, train, and inspire staff, keeping guests happy and ensuring smooth daily operations.

This role offers a competitive salary of $48,000 to $52,000, 100% company-paid health, vision, and dental insurance, an annualized bonus program, paid vacation, a matched 401(k), and clear opportunities for advancement.

Role of a Pies & Pints Manager

• Display acts of kindness towards fellow associates and guests (i.e. Associate Birthday Program).
• Welcoming every Guest that might pass.
• Figure out how to say “Yes” to the guest during a difficult situation or out of the ordinary request.
