Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar in Milltown, NJ is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and build a neighborhood dining experience where guests and team members feel at home.

You’ll hire, train, coach, and develop high‑performing teams, manage labor and food costs, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with the local community to grow sales and provide consistent, great service.

Formación

• 1–3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Passion for the food service industry with a people-first mindset
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications a plus (training provided)

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, food quality, and service excellence
