Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar in Garfield, New Jersey, is hiring Restaurant Managers who will lead teams, drive guest satisfaction, and grow a neighborhood brand built on community and service.

You’ll oversee daily operations, recruit and coach staff, manage labor and costs, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences and advancing your leadership career.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Passion for the food service industry with a people-first mindset.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, food quality, and service excellence.
