Flynn Applebee’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest service excellence, and foster a positive team culture. You will oversee scheduling, training, and adherence to brand standards while managing costs and maintaining high sanitation and safety levels.

The role demands 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Formación

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience required.
• Serve Safe Food & Serve Safe Alcohol certifications (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to excellent guest service and team development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver friendly, guest-focused service aligned with brand standards.
• Schedule team members to meet business demands and maintain staffing levels.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and security practices across the restaurant.
• Recruit, develop, and coach staff; provide regular feedback and performance documentation.
• Monitor and ensure product quality through line checks and evaluations.
• Support training for new hires and managers, and participate in the Management Development Program.
