Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Knowledge of math and financial management.
• Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, where applicable.
• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop a team focused on guest experiences and sales.
• Promote a team environment and provide coaching.
• Ensure guest service excellence and adherence to Brand standards.
• Drive sales and control costs effectively.
