Everyday Coffee Company in Russellville, KY is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality. You will lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Familiarity with CrunchTime/HotSchedules is a plus and scheduling/inventory experience is important. The role offers full-time hours with a competitive salary ($45,000–$58,000/year) plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
