Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Review monthly budget and P&L; drive sales by promoting customer satisfaction.
• Monitor costs and waste; oversee shift procedures and standards.
• Interview, hire and train crew to ensure adequate coverage.
• Direct and coach crew to deliver timely, courteous service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and product quality during shifts.
